Based on traditional yoga with physical exercises (asana), breathing exercises and meditation. The class is great both for beginners who are curious about yoga and for the more experienced who want to immerse themselves more in the exercises.
A sound bath at the end of the class provides deep relaxation based on yoga nidra, yogic sleep. You lie under a blanket on the yoga mat and listen to relaxing instructions and vibrations from Tibetan sounding bowls.
