Here you will find our house rules, which are there to ensure that all guests have a good time and enjoy themselves when they visit us.

On this page you will find the rules that apply to individual guests, groups and to Lily Spa.

All rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking in rooms and associated balconies is not permitted.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, ask reception for more information.
It must be night time between 23:00 and 06:00 during this period, only registered guests are allowed to stay in guest rooms.
It is not allowed to enjoy brought alcohol where there is a liquor licence.
It is therefore not allowed to enjoy brought alcohol in rooms with minibars or in the hotel's common areas.
Pets are only allowed by agreement before arrival, there is a fee of NOK 500 per stay (per week).
To book a room at Lily Country Club you must be at least 18 years old, unfortunately minors will not be able to check in.

Violations of house rules are charged with a fee of NOK 5,000 and can in some cases lead to one having to leave the hotel.

The hotel's common areas are under video surveillance

The age limit in the spa is 16 years. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

WARDROBE AND SPA

Personal belongings must be kept in wardrobes, if you are a guest we recommend that you leave all valuables in the room. Lily Spa is not responsible for theft, damage or loss of property
It is not permitted to use mobile phones, film or take pictures in the spa
Any inappropriate behavior is not permitted and will result in expulsion
Snuff or smoking is not permitted in the Lily Spa
Swimwear is mandatory in the Spa. If you have forgotten your swimwear, it can be bought in our spa shop.
Bringing in drinks or food is not permitted in the Lily Spa.
If you want something to drink, it is possible to buy this in the bar.
At the end of the spa stay, please return the wristband if you received it at the entrance. It can be placed in used bowls or delivered at reception.

HYGIENE RULES

Shower without swimwear before entering the spa department. Soap and shampoo are available in all showers in the changing rooms.
After a trip to the sauna or steam room, you must shower and rinse your swimwear thoroughly.
Use a towel or peshtemal in our saunas to sit or lie on, so that your skin and feet do not come into contact with the wood
In steam baths with tiled benches, you must rinse the bench with the water hose before and after use.

RULES OF WELL-BEING

Show consideration for other guests in the spa as most are here to find peace and relax. There is zero tolerance for shouting, plunging or other disturbances of the spa's tranquility
Familiarize yourself with our sauna rituals and other activities/facilities to get the most out of your spa stay.
