Meetings and events require special expertise, experience and understanding and have the highest priority. That is why we have built up the Lily Business Club, which takes care of you all the way from the first conversation to the evaluation and planning of the next event.

Our guests receive personal service and follow-up, delicious food and user-friendly technical and logistical solutions in all our plenary halls and group rooms.

Everything is arranged so that we can together carry out the conference or meeting that you envision. As a group, you can of course also reserve part of the spa facility or participate in one or more of our many activities. Whether it's small meetings and workshops or large seminars and gatherings, Lily Country Club guarantees tailor-made arrangements.

Lily Business Club provides the framework for you to get the most out of a
successful event. We have optimized the building, concept, kitchen and facilities
to satisfy everything from 1, 2 and 1000 guests for meetings, seminars, conferences
and congresses in 27 meeting rooms. We are here for you and what you need.

The Yard

Our main hall is 698 m2 and has a ceiling height of 8 metres. Contains all modern and flexible stage elements and is equipped with 16:9 screens on all walls. The driver's license is available in connection with rigging up and down. Maximum capacity of 800 in the cinema and 500 for dinner.

The Yard 1

This is 1/3 of our main hall. Fantastic ceiling height of 8 meters and a state-of-the-art hall. Maximum capacity of 224 in the cinema and 144 for dinner. Can be combined with The Yard 2 and The Yard 3.

The Yard 2

This is 1/3 of our main hall. Fantastic ceiling height of 8 meters and a state-of-the-art hall. Maximum capacity of 224 in the cinema and 144 for dinner. Can be combined with The Yard 2 and The Yard 3.

The Yard 3

This is 1/3 of our main hall. Fantastic ceiling height of 8 meters and a state-of-the-art hall. Maximum capacity of 304 in the cinema and 216 for dinner. In this hall we also have a drive-up gate. Can be combined with The Yard 1 and The Yard 2.

The Yard 1-2

This is 2/3 of our main hall. Fantastic ceiling height of 8 meters and a state-of-the-art hall. Maximum capacity of 429 in the cinema and 270 for dinner. Can be combined with The Yard 3.

The Yard 2-3

This is 2/3 of our main hall. Fantastic ceiling height of 8 meters and a state-of-the-art hall. Maximum capacity of 504 in the cinema and 320 for dinner. In this hall we also have a drive-up gate. Can be combined with The Yard 1.

Poppy

This 172 m2 hall creates a perfect setting for professional and social content. The meeting room has a unique view of the golf course and direct access to our outdoor dining area during the summer period. Maximum capacity of 114 in the cinema and 120 for dinner.

Poppy 1

The meeting room has a unique view of the golf course and direct access to our outdoor dining area during the summer period. Maximum capacity of 32 in the cinema and 30 for dinner. Suitable as both a meeting room and for parties.

Poppy 2

The meeting room has a unique view of the golf course and direct access to our outdoor dining area during the summer period. Maximum capacity of 44 in the cinema and 32 for dinner. Suitable as both a meeting room and for parties

Poppy 3

The meeting room has a unique view of the golf course and direct access to our outdoor dining area during the summer period. Maximum capacity of 67 in the cinema and 50 for dinner. Suitable as both a meeting room and for parties.

Poppy 1-2

The meeting room has a unique view of the golf course and direct access to our outdoor dining area during the summer period. Maximum capacity of 72 in the cinema and 70 for dinner. Suitable as both a meeting room and for parties.

Poppy 2-3

The meeting room has a unique view of the golf course and direct access to our outdoor dining area during the summer period. Maximum capacity of 105 in the cinema and 90 for dinner. Suitable as both a meeting room and for parties

Daisy 1

Daisy 1 is one of the meeting rooms on the lower floor. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the golf course and direct access to the field terrace. Maximum capacity for 12 people with fixed steering table.

Daisy 2

Daisy 2 is one of the meeting rooms downstairs. Maximum capacity for 12 people with fixed steering table.

Daisy 3

Daisy 3 is one of the meeting rooms downstairs. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the golf course and direct access to the field terrace. Maximum capacity for 45 people in cinema setup.

Daisy 4

Daisy 4 is one of the meeting rooms downstairs. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the golf course and direct access to the field terrace. Maximum capacity for 48 people in a cinema setup.

Daisy 5

Daisy 5 is one of the meeting rooms downstairs. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the golf course and direct access to the field terrace. Maximum capacity for 49 people in cinema setup.

Daisy 6

Daisy 6 is one of the meeting rooms downstairs. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the golf course and direct access to the field terrace. Maximum capacity for 12 people with fixed steering table.

Daisy 3-4

Daisy 3-4 is one of the meeting rooms downstairs. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the golf course and direct access to the field terrace. Maximum capacity for 96 people in cinema setup.

Bluebell 1

Bluebell 1 is one of the meeting rooms in the separate department. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view out into the hotel's atrium. Maximum capacity is 138 people in the cinema.

Bluebell 2

Bluebell 2 is one of the meeting rooms in the separate department. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view out into the hotel's atrium. Maximum capacity is 41 people in the cinema.

Bluebell 3

Bluebell 3 is one of the meeting rooms in the separate department of the hotel. This meeting room is well suited as a boardroom or extra meeting room when you already have Bluebell 1-2. Maximum capacity is 26 people in cinema setup.

Bluebell 1-2

Bluebell 1-2 is one of the meeting rooms in the separate department. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view out into the hotel's atrium. Maximum capacity is 172 people in the cinema.

Flora

Flora is located on our main floor. The meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view into the hotel's atrium. Maximum capacity is 36 people in a cinema setup.

Tulips 1-10

Tulip 1-10 are our newest boardrooms with a maximum capacity of 6 people. The meeting room has a 4m ceiling height and a field terrace out into the hotel's atrium.

Food and drink are important for the experience and successful event and a very central part of Lily Business Club. Refills, new impressions and interesting conversations probably come as much during breaks as in the meeting room.

The brasserie at Lily Country Club takes pride in providing our guests with unique food and drink experiences. The kitchen, expertise and ingredients are adapted for consistently high quality - also regardless of the size of the group and the time of day.

In consultation with the organiser, we adapt the menu and plan according to wishes and needs to create the best combination of taste, senses and good conversation.

The club has a range of activities for all our guests, both indoors and outdoors, alone or as part of a group. Our unique location makes it easy for you to do exactly what you want to do most.
