Circuit training 45 minutes

We stick to sessions that don't make people
can't go the next day because sturdiness. Lots of fitness and
body weight exercises such as push ups, spring jumps, some more weights
squats, lunges and rowing. A session that trains fitness and the whole body
strength.

Attendance: Lily Gym with the fitness equipment
