Easter holiday tips

Are you ready for Easter? We've put together some suggestions for activities for both adults and families with children. 

Maybe you want to try a new activity, or do you need to recharge your batteries and remove stress from everyday life?

Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to unwind and recharge your batteries while on vacation. The flowing movements and focus on breathing reduce stress and tension, both physically and mentally.

We offer yoga classes on Saturdays and Sundays, also during the Easter holidays. You do not have to stay at the hotel to join the fitness classes and yoga.

The yoga classes are suitable for everyone, and you don't need any prior knowledge.

Infusion

Aufguss is an experience that combines heat, scents and expertise for a unique and refreshing experience in the sauna.

A sauna master uses special techniques with towels to spread warm, fragrant steam throughout the sauna, combined with rhythmic fanning to stimulate circulation and open the pores of the skin.

Aufguss is included in our spa entrance fee. The ritual is performed in all spa entrances during these times:

  • Friday and Saturday from 14.00-22.00
  • Sundays from 11:00-19:00

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is relaxing and can relieve muscle and joint pain. The method includes techniques such as hot baths, cold baths, and other water-based treatments to promote well-being and relieve various ailments.

Hydrotherapy improves circulation and reduces inflammation. It can reduce stress, improve sleep quality, improve skin, and strengthen the immune system.

Easter with children?

Holidays provide an opportunity for quality time with the kids. Put away your phone and find something fun to do together! Maybe try something completely new?

Suggestions for activities for the family:
Escape games – Play detective and solve puzzles
Family spa – Enjoy wellness and relax
Barney Yoga – Yoga tailored for children
 Grilling – Get some fresh air and grill marshmallows
✔ Board games – Bring out a classic and candy

Read a good book

Easter is perfect for immersing yourself in a good book! Replace screen time with a captivating novel, an educational biography, or an exciting Easter crime novel.

Did you know that reading stimulates the brain, improves concentration and expands your vocabulary?

You'll find many new and old classics on the bookshelves at our hotel. Borrow a book, bring a coffee and settle in your armchair.

New form of exercise?

Are you ready to try a new form of exercise? Sign up for a workout class, so you can enjoy your Easter marzipan with a clear conscience.

Training with an instructor gives you the correct technique and guidance, which prevents injuries and maximizes training results.

We offer training classes on weekends:

✔ HIIT – High Intensity with Strength and Conditioning  
✔ Pilates Tabata  Light weights and body toning

Out in nature

Going for a walk in nature is good for us in so many ways! It's a wonderful combination of physical activity and mental relaxation. 

Since Easter is late this year and skiing can be difficult, it's perfect to get the spring feeling with sneakers and bird chirping!

With us you can walk on the gravel road to the golf course before the golf season starts in full swing. It's a lovely round in green surroundings, where you can even see ducks in the ponds.

Golf

Golf requires precision and timing, which helps improve your overall coordination and body control.

Although golf may look relaxing, the golf swing activates muscles throughout the body – from the legs and core to the shoulders and arms.

Miklagard Golf, our nearest neighbor, has opened its driving range for the season. If you don't have equipment, it can be rented.
