Dumb

Sauna with temperature between 70 and 75.

Tumma means "dark" in Finnish. Because of the color inside the sauna, it pushes you to use your other senses more. Without too much distraction, you feel the heat, hear the water evaporate and smell essential oils.

Sauna Temperature between 60 and 65.

Syva means "deep" in Finnish. In this sauna, the focus is to allow you to connect more deeply with your inner self using essential oils, breathing techniques and meditation / yoga.

The steam room temperature is between 40 and 45 degrees and with an air humidity of 80 to 100%.

Kostea means "steam, moist" in Finnish and this is because of the high level of humidity and is very good for the respiratory system. Here, it is the perfect environment to have a pleasant Scrub ritual.

Lammin lepo

Lämmin Lepo means 'a warm rest' and this room is perfect for going in and resting. For example, after a Hammam treatment or a session in the steam bath or sauna.

Hammam

Höyra

Steam room temperature is between 40 and 45 degrees and with a humidity of 80 to 100%.

Höyrä or Höyry is the Finnish word for "Steam" and, due to the high level of humidity, is very good for the respiratory system. This is the perfect environment to have a nice Scrub ritual.

Zen room

After a massage or skin treatment, it is necessary for the body to return to balance. It is recommended to go to this room to allow the body to balance. In combination with water or tea, your body can take its time to do this.
