Important to know before your visit:

• Family spa on Sundays:
  • Times: 08:45–10:15 and 14:00–15:30.
  • Children are welcome during this time.
• Limited capacity:
  To ensure a pleasant experience, we have a limited number of guests who can visit the spa at the same time.
• Calm atmosphere:
  The spa is a place for relaxation. We ask all guests to respect the tranquility and contribute to a harmonious experience for everyone.
• Prices:
  Please note that weekend prices may differ from weekday prices.
• Hamam room:
  The room will not be available to other guests when treatments are in progress.
• Age limit and treatments:
  • Age limit: 16 years (except family spa).
  • Spa treatments must be booked separately from the spa entrance.
• SMS reminder:
  You will receive a reminder before arrival.
• Swimwear:
  We recommend that you use your own swimwear, but you can also purchase Lily's specially designed swimwear in our spa shop.
  Note: Underwear, long shorts and clothing that absorbs a lot of water are not allowed in the pools.
